Requesting a Refund
Refund Policy
Submit refund requests via email to support@verybusybees.com within 3 days of the original payment date. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to reflect in your account, noting that timeframe may vary based on your financial institution.
Clerical Errors
Errors & Omissions Policy
Clerical errors made by our notary (e.g., incorrect date, misspelled name, etc.) we will offer a correction at no additional charge. If a correction is not feasible, a full refund will be issued.
Cancelling or Rescheduling an Appointment
Cancellations and Rescheduling Policy

If providing 24 hours notice for appointment cancellation, any payment made in advance will be eligible for a refund.

If you are rescheduling your appointment to a different day, that must be done 24 hours in advance.
