• All signers present at the scheduled appointment time

• A quiet, well-lit space with a flat surface for in-person signings

• For online signings: A device with camera, microphone, and reliable internet connection

🔎 What You Need to Know Before Your Appointment​

Please review the following prior to your loan signing:

• Do not sign any documents ahead of time. All signatures must be completed in front of the Loan Signing Agent.

• Review your loan terms in advance. While we’ll guide you through the signing process, we cannot provide legal or financial advice. Contact your lender directly for any questions about interest rates, fees, or terms.

• Have your ID ready and accessible. The name on your ID should match the name on the documents.

• Ensure your documents are complete. If you’re receiving your documents digitally, confirm all pages are present before printing (if applicable).

• Time matters. Please be on time — most appointments take 30–45 minutes. Delays could affect your funding schedule.

• For online signings: Complete identity verification steps prior to your session using the secure RON platform (e.g., BlueNotary). You’ll receive instructions via email or text.
