Our Remote Online Notary (RON) sessions make it easy and secure to get your documents notarized from anywhere — no travel, no hassle. Here’s what to expect and how to prepare:
✅ What You’ll Need:
Before your appointment, please make sure you have:

A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID (driver’s license, passport, or state ID)

Access to a computer or smartphone with a webcam, microphone, and stable internet connection

Your documents in PDF format (unsigned) and ready to upload

A quiet, well-lit space where you can meet with the notary without interruptions
📌 Note: Documents must not be signed prior to the appointment — you’ll sign them live on camera during the session.

We use a secure, industry-compliant Remote Online Notarization platform, such as BlueNotary, to conduct your session.
This platform meets all legal and technical requirements for valid online notarizations in New Jersey and across most U.S. states.
You’ll receive a secure link via email or text shortly before your appointment to access the session.
