• Original documents or certified copies that require Apostille certification

• A valid, government-issued photo ID (driver’s license, passport, or state ID)

• If mailing your documents: Include a prepaid, trackable return envelope

• Clear copies of your documents for our records (if applicable)

• Payment as outlined in your service agreement or invoice

🔎 What You Need to Know Before Your Appointment

• Apostille certification authenticates documents for international use in countries that are part of the Hague Apostille Convention.

• The process may take 4–5 business days or longer depending on state processing times.

• We handle the entire process: notarization (if needed), certification, and submission to the appropriate government agency.

• You do not sign documents prior to notarization or Apostille.

• If your documents require notarization, it will be scheduled during the appointment or coordinated separately.

• Remote online Apostille services may be available depending on your documents and jurisdiction. Ask us for details.
